Sizing of Country/Region Selector in Header + Spacing to Cart-Button

Hi! 
I need my Country/Region Selector in the header to be in only one line even with longer country-names and the whole section with a bit more spacing from the drop down arrow to the "Cart" logo. Are there ways to fix this?

Also, are there options to change the logos of the currencies in the Country/Region Selector? So that CHF CHF becomes CHF ₣ like EUR € in my example?
