Slideshow Image Blurry on Zest Theme

I'm trying to upload a slideshow image and the image appears blurry. I've tried all resolutions 72dpi and 300 dpi, png, svg, jpg, but my slideshow banner still appear blurry. I am using the Zest theme. What am I doing wrong? How do I upload a high quality image so that no pixelation occurs?
