Some photos work, some photos suck.....

I have a variety of pictures on my site, www.omegacoffeecollective.com , and have always thought the image quality of all my products, other photos, and homepage video were awesome. Recently I have tried to put a menu on a page to put it up the site. I have currently spent 10+ hours trying to make it not unacceptably blurry. What am I doing wrong?
