Spacing problems mobile landing page

PC landing page is good, but mobile view has a large gap. I would like to use one line of spacing at the top and 1.5 spacing beneath.

Feel free to talk to me like like a total newbie because I am. I look forward to learning and hope this will help others. I have zero coding experience. I can attempt to follow step-by-step instructions. Thank in advance
