Splash Page for Dawn Theme, for choosing country, like USA, UAE, UK, E.T.C.

Hello, My name is Omer and have an online clothing store and wanted to know that how can I make Splash Page, for example if a person comes to my SITE and is from US he/she selects US from dropdown menu and can be redirected towards US side subfolder where prices and availability of products is different from the other countries.

Attatching some screenshots of different stores which can help you guys better understand what my requirements acutally are. This is how I want my site to look like, the customer can change the country and language according to his needs.

To achieve this you have to create popup which will visible on load which will have the links for your domain/sub-domains or folder.

Yes, this can be done using custom code in theme.
