Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hi ^^
I’m experiencing an issue with my store’s product images in SS - Instafeed section. My store URL is https://sheeksorority.com/products/halloween-costume-witch-vampire-dress-up-party?_pos=1&_psq=witch&....
The problem I have is that all the product images are inconsistent in size and some are getting cut off. I want the images to be consistent in portrait orientation across both desktop and mobile, ideally filling the entire phone screen. Additionally, the images in my Instafeed are varied in size, which creates a messy appearance. I’m aiming for a more cohesive look, with all images in portrait format and properly sized.
this one one is more larger, i hope its automatically reduce its size without cutting off
while this one too long
Can anyone help me look into this problem. pls^^
Little bit of a grind but I'd take all of your product photos back to Publisher or something and re-size them to all be the same starting size.
Bit of a long-way-round solution but in the past when I'm not sure what size looks best I literally upload a bunch of rectangle PNG's and use that the determine which size will look best in a certain page/carousel. Then I'll re-size a bunch of photos just to that size.
The less work you make Shopify do re-sizing and fitting your images for you, the more cohesive it'll look over all.
