Stack rich text block on top of image banner block

I'm using Origin theme. I'd like to stack the text block on top of the image banner block, and make text block background transparent, so that the text floats above the image. I'd also like to control the position and formatting of the text. Currently, it only covers a small portion of the screen, I'd like to make it somewhat wider:

You're right thanks. That works, but I am only able to add a plain text block rather than a rich text block. Also, when I try to do this for the next banner down, the text block has a black background.
