Start Youtube video at specific time not the beginning Dawn Theme

I have a youtube video that the client wants to start at a specific time when the user clicks on the play button. We've tried using the code from YouTube with no success. I found a post that stated using #t=10m8s at the end of the url string but this doesn't work either. We

Youtube videos use a timecode parameter not a hash-fragment

You can right click youtube videos to copy a url to the current play time.

If the actual urls don't work raise an issue with shopify support or raise an issue on the Dawn Theme repo, if an issue doesn't already exist
