Stay away from Experts SLASHCART Muhammad Usman/ "Sam"

I hired SLASHCART Shopify Expert to help build my website. They didnt do the job I paid them to do. 

Also, they "bootlegged" a paid theme, telling me they were giving it to me for free. The developer found out and made me pay for it.

Slashcart is run by "Sam"  whos real name is Muhammad Usman.

The sole purpose of this post is to advise anyone who is thinking about hiring Slashcart. Unfortunately Shopify hasnt parted ways with Slashcart, so its up to us sellers to warn eachother of the sketchy "experts" that Shopify endorses.

Fortunately, I was able to get my money back from the bank after several months.

Folks, don't hire anyone who makes you pay before they do the job. I learned the hard way.

Truly sorry to hear your experience. I hope you've already contacted Shopify and provided the details of your experience. For aspiring businesses like us who are busting their behind day and night to get that endorsement, I'm disgusted at how the people who are already there are abusing it. 

Again, I am really sorry. If you need any assistance with your store. I would be glad to help you with some minor stuff in my spare time.

Thanks. The most shocking was the way it was handled by Shopify. I uploaded about 50 screen shoots to show them the harassment and the correspondence between myself and SLASHCART and they never responded.
I had documented EVERYTHING. From screen recordings to screen shots, to messages between SLASHCART and myself.
After selling on Shopify for 8 years, you'd think they'd have handled it differently.
Most appalling was my customers reaching out wondering why they were being harassed. I documented that too and sent to Shopify. SLASHCART still is listed as a Shopify expert. Mind boggling.

A woman reached out to me tonight on Facebook to let me know that they took HER Money and disappeared. Didn't do the job. SHOPIFY, do better. look at who you're hiring. the worst of the worst.
