Stop my product imagery being cropped on mobile.

I'm looking for some help in preventing the cropping of my product imagery on mobile.

some of my products are wide so I have altered my desktop product imagery to compensate for that and I like the look of extra negative space to allow true scale for all products. See below.

Changing this image size has unfortunately meant that the product page crops the image. See below

is it possible to keep the image the size it appears on the collections page or near enough without cropping?

Would be somehow great to do this but also keep the product item images the same height as the lead image.

Any help would be appreciated.
