Store Updates

When I update my store default page it doesn't replicate in my primary UK market, it does update my EU market. My live site shows the UK version which is incorrect. I am now two days into trying to work out how I can push my changes from my default page to all markets. 

Im honestly at the point I want to walk away.

Its seems to only be the home page. I can live with it if I have to make changes to that page twice over two markets. Just frustrating.
