Thanks for your message, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your shop. Are you getting any specific error messages when you try to check out with your product and have you also ensured you have set up a payment gateway under settings>payments with your bank account to capture said payments? For example, you could have potentially set up Shopify Payments or PayPal as gateway options.
