sub menu cannot scrolling

When the sub-menu overflows, scrolling down the sub-menu causes the entire page to scroll down.

Without solid programming skill mainly CSS you won't able to fix it and it will take more than 1 hours for a professional that i can't guide you here.

Actually, you can directly tell me how to fix it, even though im not good of front end stuff.

I was try to use overflow: scroll, but that does not work for sub-menu
