subscription newsletter form section always asking captcha

the update form ain't working because of the captcha verification who's always present after clicked and passed the verification :

how can i remove the captcha for subscription form ? : 

this one : 

i have already trie to disable from preferences in admin panel but this not work on newsletter form, it applies only for contact form.

You can disable it from your shopify admin panel

already done ! but it doesn't work..
