Supply Theme Design Newsletter sign up text is not displaying

Hi there, 

I am having trouble with the text colour located INSIDE the Newsletter sign up box. Whenever I want to sign up an email (just to pretend I am a customer) the text colour of the email doesn't show, it sort of blends in with the colour of my theme background. I have tried many codes via assest and snippets and still no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
