Test A/B between two Themes

I want to do A/B testing between two Theme with different configs in theme editor!

I´m developing a new theme with new features to test out, my doubt is, if everything is setup in theme editor how can i have two different theme setup in the theme editor ?

When im in dev mode can i setup a new theme edit conf only for this new theme ?
