TEXT OVER CUSTOM VIDEO CONTAINER

Hello! 

We have a video right at the top of our homepage and we want to add our theme text over the video. 

We would also like to add similar videos on product pages with headers, text, and buttons overtop of the video. 

Best and most simple way to do this?
