Thank You Page "Unpublished"

Hello! I was looking at my configuration pages today and I noticed my "thank you" page is currently unpublished, so my customers won't be able to see a confirmation order page once they order. 

Does anyone know how to publish this? I've tried looking it up and all the "how to"'s don't work on my Shopify. There's no "publish" button on the page where I can edit it. And if I go to Online Store > Pages, none of my configuration pages are there to do anything with, I can only access them via my settings. 

Any help greatly appreciated! My checkout and Customer account pages are all published so I am not sure what's happened here.

Nice! In Shopify, the Thank You Page is automatically triggered when an order is completed. When a customer successfully completes the payment, Shopify redirects them to the Order Confirmation Page, also known as the Thank You Page. So what's the issue can you please explian to me?

Actually sorry you are right - I got confused as when I go to edit the page it says "unpublished" at the top even when I don't make any edits so I thought it wasn't showing to my customers, but I just tested buying something from my website and I can see it does work.
