Theme Customization Page Unresponsive

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my theme customization page. I'm currently editing a draft of my theme when suddenly it stop responding, I tried switching to another browser, trying different device, switching to other internet provider, and clearing my browser's cache. None of them solves the probem. Is there someone who have an idea about these issues? See photo for reference:
