Theme editor frozen and cannot scroll or edit

I am trying to edit my theme in the app, but when I click customize it opens my theme but I am not able to scroll or click anything. I can only change or update the theme sections but I can’t scroll to see my site. I have already logged out a few times but it’s still not working for me.

I know how to use the theme editor, the issue that I am having is the app
itself when opening the theme editor. I can not scroll or click anything in
the preview to see the changes I’ve made.

Did you ever get this resolved?  I am having a similar issue.  I know how to use the theme, but for some reason, I cannot scroll in the theme editor when customizing my theme.  And doesn't matter which theme.  I tried testing on my back up themes, and the free themes, and same issue.  I have to zoom out to see all of the features & options of a particular block / section.

Same issue no matter which browser I use.  Tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE.  And all the themes have this issue.

I believe the issue was because I had a app that was somehow having a invisible pop up in the way and I had removed it but I will definitely check to see. But make sure that any apps you have jointed to your site doesn’t have some sort of pop up or coding that is altering the website

Strange.  Now it all works.  Tried different browsers, different themes, and all good now.  So maybe Shopify was testing something?
