Theme impulse

Hi there,

I would like to add a background/animated banner to my Impulse theme store. It seems this can only be implemented using CSS code. Please take a look at the following website as an example: https://oasiscrystalized.com/.

When you scroll down, you'll notice a layer with two sliding banners, and I would love to have a similar feature for my webshop.

No i already bought the Impulse theme, i just need the right CSS code to modify the background slide banner.
