Theme Update not working

I am using the Crave Theme and have downloaded an update for it (Version 11).

Unfortunately, the colours I have in my current version are missing when I preview the new version.  There is a line of text in the Colors menu which says

No color schemes defined. Color schemes must be defined in settings_data and settings_schema files.

Also, it says, at the top of the page

To preview your changes, color schemes must be defined in settings_data and settings_schema files.

I could manually enter the colours but how do I know that there are not other problems with this update?

Hi, thanks for your contact. No changes were made which involved any
coding. I only made changes using the normal options available within the
edit sections. And besides, my previous updates have been successful. So
I can't understand why this should have failed.

Then it might be a theme problem. Need to troubleshoot! It's hard to tell without seeing the backend.

Just to clarify.....   I chose this theme (Crave) because it is a Shopify theme therefore anything that goes wrong must surely be resolvable by Shopify.  I am not at all knowledgeable about coding and so I contacted Shopify support.  Thankfully they quickly sorted it out. It was a bug fix.  I read elsewhere on the Community forum that this particular problem needs to be sorted by Shopify Support.  Therefore I would recommend that you contact Support. 

If I have further problems when further updates are required to the theme then I will post again.  I hope this works out for you!
