Hey @arundhatimandav,
Totally hear you on the limitations of the Motion theme when it comes to displaying variants, especially if you want to show multiple images per variant.
If you're looking for a free theme that handles variants a bit better, I'd recommend checking out Shopify’s Dawn or Refresh theme. By default, they allow assigning one image per variant, but with a bit of customization, you can show 3–4 images per variant. There are a couple of good tutorials online that walk you through how to set this up, so it’s definitely doable without needing to switch to a paid theme.
If you're open to using an app, there are a few great ones like Easy Variant Images or Rubik Variant Images that let you assign multiple images per variant really easily, without code. They offer free trials too, so you can test if it fits your setup.
Let me know if you’d like help implementing any of these or need links to the guides, happy to help!

I can use one of these apps with motion theme to improve or after changing to dawn or refresh.
