Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hi, I'm very new to Shopify so apologies if this question has already been asked.
Basically, I'm trying to add a narrow image of 4 parallel lines between each section like a ribbon. Is there a way of doing this? Is there another way of achieving the same outcome such as drawing the lines and setting their colour to match the logo?
The site name is Dezinery.com.au.
Thanks so much

Yes, it’s definitely possible to add a narrow image of parallel lines between sections, and there are multiple ways to achieve this. You could use a custom image or CSS, depending on how much flexibility you need.
A good approach would be to match the colors to your logo for consistency. Have you tried using a transparent PNG for the lines, or would you prefer a code-based solution? Let me know what works best for you, and I’d be happy to guide you further!
Looking forward to helping you out
Hi, so far I have experimented using an image 4 lines in my brand colours in a multicolumn as that was the narrowest option I could find. I can make the background disappear in the image. How do I extend the image across the full width of the column?
I don't really need any flexibility once it is set up, but am flying blind - are there any advantages to the CSS approach?
Hi, can you please tell me how to make the image in a column stretch the full width ? I have got it centred and "adapt to image" but it isn't going all the way. Will it help if I changed the image size in any way ? Thanks so much
