Transferred Theme's Templates not Showing

I have 2 Shopify accounts (one for US and one for Canada).  I bought the Impulse Theme and built it in the Canadian Site.  After updating the theme and launching the site I downloaded the theme to upload in the US site and start working on it.

The problem I have is that the templates (product/pages/collections etc.) are not loading onto the theme editor.  There is not even a default theme to build from.  I've checked the code and the Templates are there and appear to have transferred across correctly, but just not available on the Theme editor.

Has anyone come across this or maybe know of a work around?

@TimH7

A theme purchase provides access to the theme for one store at a time. If you intend to use the theme on additional stores, then you will need to repurchase the theme on each store. This is outlined in Section 12 of the Shopify Payments Terms of Service.

I suspect the reason you're unable to access the theme editor is that the theme license hasn't been purchased on the new store. Once you have purchased the theme on the new store, you should then be able to use your theme upload.

If you have purchased the theme on the new store and you're still experiencing this issue, then contacting Shopify Support would be the next step. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
