Translate text on dynamic checkout buttons

I understand from some search its not possible to translate the dynamic checkout button text "Buy it Now" to other languages - it will always be in english language whatever language you have in the shop - is that correct?

Hi,

Go to Online Store -> Themes -> Edit default theme content and search for "Check out". On the Cart section (see uploaded picture) you place the translation to Lupi zdaj in place of "Finalizează comanda" from the picture. Good luck!

Hi,

We successfully translated the "Buy Now" Button/Add to Shopping Cart Button, but we're facing challenges with translating the options that are populated by the Buy Button SDK.

We've tried multiple approaches to solve this issue:

1. JavaScript Manipulation: We attempted to directly modify the dropdown text using JavaScript. However, the element's ID is dynamically generated, making it difficult to target consistently.

2. Event Listeners: We also tried using JavaScript event listeners to change the text after the button was rendered. Unfortunately, this didn't work either.

3. Proxy Element: We explored creating a "proxy" dropdown element that mimics the real one, with the idea of syncing changes between the two. This approach was also unsuccessful as we can get the IDs or classes of the elements.

It seems that the SDK restricts modifications to these elements.

Has anyone else faced this issue and found a workaround?

I have created a Shopify app called Force Translate Anything, that can be used to temporary solve this problem. The app uses front-end JavaScript to translate text after the website is loaded. This is not a perfect solution, still waiting for Shopify to fix this, but in the meantime it can be used, and it is better then no translation at all.

Hey, I now this one is weird, but i need "Buy it now" changed to "BUY IT NOW". So I just want you to capitalize all the letters. (Or "BUY NOW")

The reason for this is that I am using the translation app Weglot to be able to make my store both English and Turkish and for some reason letters containing accents (such as İ Ö and etc) in Turkish cause "Buy it now" to become "BUY İT NOW".

I know this is probably because of Weglot's bad code but the only way to fix this is to make original text capitalized. Thank you very much..
