Transparent Image Background

Hello!  I have tried Googleing and searching this forum for answers, tried numerous code adjustments and nothing seems to work for me.  All I'm trying to do is get my product images to have a transparent background.  I tried the following base.css code adjustment:

.card__inner.color-background-2.gradient.ratio {
    background-color: transparent !important;
}

See image below, and it did nothing when I previewed my store (see other image below).  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Hi,

you will need to create .png version of product images then it will become transparent code wont make image transparent. You can do that in photoshop remove background and save image as png .

Just search 'remove background' in Shopify App Storm and you will find many apps.
