Trouble Adding Agency Link to Footer

Hello, Im having trouble linking to my agencies external site on the bottom of my Dawn Shopify theme. I was able to add my agency name in the site language section but could not find the codding in my .liquid to add the link.. I've watched a few videos that point to the (powered by shopify) code snippet in the footer code but I do not seem to have it.. Any help would be appreciated.
