Trouble adjusting theme

In the theme ‘refresh’ it allows you to change the setting for borders (black boarders) under  media, once you’ve selected product (individually.)
What I couldn’t find was the option to change boarders (which shows up as a white boarder) when I select a collection  from my menu, which doesn’t seem to follow
