To add subheader in newsletter in footer, you need to add new setting option to add and show the text from customization.
for that you need to follow below steps:
1. Open the admin and go to Online store > Edit code of your theme.
2. In the code directory, find the file named "footer.liquid" from sections and open it.
3. Copy the below mentioned code and replace it with the current code.

4. Don't forget to save the file after making changes.
5. After that from customization, you can set the text from the subheading from footer section.
