Trying to create an custom price box with set minimum

Hello Support Team, 

I am trying to get assistance with code edit or a possible app feature that may help. Store URL -ancestro-snuff.myshopify.com .

I am trying to make this store "donation" based. So that the product would be set with a minimum variant say ex $11, but the option to add more as a donation. I have already tried using some of the donate apps and research through those but I particularly am looking to edit the price price field so they can change the amount. Please let me know if you have any knowledge on how this can be done. Thank you! 🙂
