Trying to figure out H1 issue with the Dawn Theme

Hello, let me start by saying I'm new and not super tech-savvy. 

I need help getting H1 recognized on the SEO tracker we are using. I have no idea where to even start and I've gone over a few posts but I can't seem to figure it out. We are using the Dawn Theme, but I can't find where to turn the landing page into liquid.
