Turbo Theme 9.5.0 rounded buttons and search bar?

Spent hours before buckling to ask for help with this. 

I cannot figure out how to round off the corners on buttons as well as the search bar. 

Currently running Turbo 5.0.2 as my website, trying to rebuild for easy transition to the latest version. Kicker is, I managed to get it done on the old version. 

I have tried the CCS style above </body> which has yielded nothing.
