Two different image sizes for image banner on for desktop and mobile!

I have set up a code on dawn theme to have image banner show only first image on desktop and only second image on mobile but now I'm wondering if I can have them both be custom sizes because they "adapt to first image size" so mobile image is squished.

Desktop image size is 2160x827

Mobile image size is 746x670

This requires quite theme code editing you can get a developer for that.
