in your code, its just copied once again when the developer applies your color option with the image
check the product single page code,

Hi! First of all, go to online store > themes > customize > click on a product and check if there's a duplicated variant picker on your left menu, see my site as an example:

As you see, there's only one variant picker on my menu, so only one should appear at my product.

If this didn't work, so handle me your store's URL and, if protected by one, it's password.
