Unable to assign Pages that have been customized in Customized Section

Hi, I am using Turbo 9.4 version and I have difficulty with customizing pages as those I made were not found in the Theme Template Drop Down list. With Refresh and Dawn Themes, I was not experiencing this issue. Anyone can help? Thanks.
