Unable to set the colour of the Product Information Section in Dawn Version 11

Hi, I'm unable to set the colour of the Product Information Section in Dawn Version 11.  It's the only section that doesn't have the option to choose a colour, every other section has it clearly available.  So what's happening is that I have a light beige coloured background for the entire site and dark brown text, and my product page has a white background with black text which I am unable to change.

How do I solve this problem?
