Unable to Zoom Out – Need Help Controlling Zoom

I'm having trouble controlling the zoom on my site. I can zoom in, but it seems impossible to zoom out. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue and how to fix it?

Hi @hervé_stg. Zoom-in zoom-out works fine for me (Windows, Chrome). What browser/OS are you using? Did you try in guest mode (to exclude the plugins).

Hey, 
if you're talking about the zoomed-in product image there's a cross sign at the top right corner from there you can zoom out the image! 

 other than that everything seems to work fine!
