Unavailable Product Variants - Prestige Theme

Hi! I am using Prestige theme with 3 options. Unfortunately, the unrelated variants which do not exist do not hide and show as unavailable. It's quite frustrating as other simple website builders are able to filter the unavailable variants. Is it possible to do anything about this? Or is there any free app that can solve this? Thank you.
