Update progress bar when I click add to cart

Hello I made a progress bar on Shopify Theme its modified debut theme.

I want to fix when I click the "add to cart" my progress bar will update.( currently it will update when I refresh the page)

For reference: You can visit my cart page and adjust the quantity I want to achieve that when I click add to cart.
