How can I edit the theme credit as pictured below to have a hyperlinked credit. 

I would like Website by Leithal & Co. Design and link to: https://leithalandco.com.au/

Any advice would be super helpful!

To do this, the footer will have to be edited and for this we will need access to your store. we have to code on your theme
