Upgraded Theme - Lost Predictive Search Results Sizing

I was using Refresh Theme version 13.0.1, and there is a new version of 15.0.0; I've been worried about my PageSpeed and several other factors, so I thought upgrading the version might help. My first major goal is to get approval on Google Merchant Center, and I thought maybe upgrading the theme would help.

Since I upgraded the theme it made me lose quite a bit of my custom coding, but I can't figure out why I can't get the predictive search results on my search bar (desktop view) to appear the same length as the search bar - it isn't really showing at all, just a narrow line. I added an Ezfy-search snippet for the search bar for this, if you need to code please ask, or if you can inspect it. Note: The predictive search works fine for mobile view!

Here is my website with the new Refresh version: https://mankave.store/?_ab=0

Here is an image of the element I'm having issue with:

Can someone please guide me on how to fix this "predictive-search' element to show as it should?

If you have insights about upgrading theme, or Google Merchant Center please advice as well.

I've had Simprosys look at it and give it the all clear, then I hired a guy on Fiverr to evaluate it after I was still denied. He pointed out some good advice, such as improving PageSpeed Insights score, Siteliner.com showed I had a broken link for my 'User-Accounts' icon, and some other issues. I've been working on this for months, so I've read all those suggested pages 100x.

I hired another guy on Fiverr to get it approved, but I'm not sure how that's going to work out because I haven't noticed him do anything as of yet (4 days later). I do believe I am getting close though...  I've also seen a lot of your videos.

Regarding Google Merchant Center, while I do specialize in Google Shopping, changing theme will generally not be the solution to get approved. There are lots of areas that you need to look at.

I recommend comparing your website and business against these policies:
