Urgent Blurry Images and need picture icons to be clickable in multi columns main page

Please find document attached - showing all blurry images and multi column which is not clickable.

I have attached also original images on document to hopefully get to the source of the problem.

Also, slideshow on main page showing text: powr by .... beneath it which I would like to remove.
