URGENT | Eight theme big glitch

This morning all of a sudden (I made no changes, the website worked perfectly before) the website I build has a huge glitch, the top of the website looks very strange and also the footer is 'glued' to the screen. We use the 'Flow' theme by third-party by Eight. I can only contact them through a contact form but it's a bit more urgent, hope someone can help with this issue!
