URGENT: Product Doesn't Show Selected Variant Images (Dawn Theme)

I am facing a problem in Dawn Theme I haven't seen a solution for yet on the web. Let me try to explain it:

I have multiple products with multiple variants.

When you click on the product for the first time (like going from Homepage to Product page or from Collections page to Product page etc.) it automatically selects the first variant, but when you click on another color/style of the product, the image (media) does not appear. In other words, how can I make sure the variant, and its' respective variant, are showing whenever the variant gets clicked on.

Summary: Once you're on the Product Page and you select a variant, it shows only the first image, and if you select another style/variant, it does not show the image of said style.

I have tried to uncheck the "Hide other variants’ media after selecting a variant" option, but it does not work, still.

Hi @KawaiiForUs I see you already solved this problem for your website. I want to show an alternative solution for the people coming from the search. To show only selected variant images in the Dawn theme you can use Rubik variant images app. For the transparency I am the founder of the app. I explained how to use it in this video.

It appears to work fine for me, switching animals changed the featured image:
