Use both mega menu and drop down menu but for different things?

Hi

We are currently in the process of switching themes from Debut to Studio.

We have a mix of drop down menus and mega menus with the Debut theme and would like to have the same thing for the Studio theme. We would like to use the mega menu for the titles that have more subcategories added to them and then keep the drop down menus for the rest of them. Is there a way to make this happen with some added code? (see images below for what everything looks like)

What it looks like with the Debut theme:

Mega menu for Clothing and Brands that have subcategories.

Drop down menu for Shoes, Accessories, Toys, Lifestyle, and Furniture

What it looks like with the Studio theme:
We want to keep a mega menu for Clothing and Brands

We don't want to have the mega menu for Shoes, Accessories, Toys, Lifestyle, and Furniture
