Use variantpicker as a quantity button

Hi,

i want to use the variant picker as a button to change the quantity. So as you can see in my screenshot, when the customer clicks on Double 2 cleaners the quantity has to change to 2 and if they click on family 3 cleaners the quantity has to change to 3. 

Is there somebody who can help me with this using code? Im using the craft theme

It will affect to total price in cart page if you do that.
