Variants drop down menu disappears

hello there, i recently noticed that the drop down menu for the variants of my products will disappear if someone change the size or color. 

please i need your help!

the site is riseabove.store you can check it for yourself. i guess it has something to do with the codes.

Hey, @mo982 I'd be happy to look into for you and get this resolved as soon as possible. I have just a few questions for you:

1. When did you notice this issue first? Did you make any additions/changes to the site (apps, code, etc.)

2. Are you using a third party app for custom product options or variants?

3. What is the name of the theme that you are using?

Hello Dirk,

1. I noticed the problem actually today, before that it worked fine. There
were no problems.

I‘ve installed 2 apps google and BEST currency converter.
The last one wanted to copy a specific code and place it on the code area.

After that it worked for a couple hours and now it‘s just randomly
disappears if I change the option in the Variants drop down menu.

2. No, only oberlo.

3. I use the regular theme of shopify.

I would appreciate it if you help me as soon as possible.

Thanks for this info, @mo982. I'd like to take a look on my device to see if I can replicate the issue. Do you mind sending me a link to the product(s) that is giving you this issue?

In the meantime, I would consider removing the currency conversion app and the code that you copied/pasted. That way you can determine if the issue is caused by that third-party app.

Sure, there are actually most of the products like 90% of them are not
working properly with the variations menu.

As I said these are only a few the rest of them are in the wall art catalog,
I will be very happy and appreciate your help.
Please fix it I wait since yesterday for support.

Hey, @mo982 

The good news is I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my own device. I went to 4-5 different wall art products and select different variant options (sizes, colors, etc.), and at no point did any of the dropdowns disappear. Is the issue still showing on your end? Any screenshots would be helpful!

In the meantime, try viewing the page on a different browser (Chrome or Firefox) than the one you are using, and be sure to clear your browser's cookies + cache files.

Hey dirk,

Thank you for your help, a friend of mine helped me out with this issue.
It turned out that the issue was caused in the general settings, in the
currency settings.
