Variants not working properly

Hello,

I initially started my store with six products, and I set them up individually. After a while, I realized it would be nice if some of them showed the variants for obvious reasons. I don't want to get rid of the individual listings, but I do want to add the color variants to the individual products.

I tried adding variants to a test product last night, and only the main image would change when clicking on a different color variant. The title, the description and the rest of the images did not seem to change.

What am I doing wrong?

The variants can't add a description, can you explain the changes?
