[Venture Theme] Clicking an image variant won't change the drop down variant

Hello there,

The corresponding photo changes when I select drop down variants but the drop down variant doesn't change when I click on the corresponding photo.

Here's what my site looks like:

See, the selected photo is actually a 2.5" x 2.5" size. What needs to be done is that when a customer clicks on the image, the variants on the right changes too.

This will really help my clients in ordering the correct size.

For products that I entered a year ago (it's currently October 2023) I can click on the image and have the variant information changed.  For products that I have loaded lately with variants, clicking on the image doesn't work.  Nor does it work if I update an image on a year old product.  I tried adding the code in the solution mentioned above and it doesn't fix the problem with the current Venture theme code.  I just pasted it to the end of the current code that I have for Venture.  It didn't change the behaviour of the variants.

HI JimLamb , Yeah exactly the same problem on our store. Older product variants are working but once we add new photos and variants they don't change on the drop down menu! This has been going on for 3 or 4 weeks to our knowledge as well!

Had already used the fix above and was working fine for well over a year!
